Lodging reservations and payment are the responsibility of each individual attending if staying off campus. On campus dorm-style lodging will also be available (for a fee), please indicate at the link if you wish to stay on campus.

We also plan to vote for new officers and vote on new members during the member meeting. More information for each officer position will be provided in a future email, but please feel free to reach out to the officers in those current positions for more information if you are interested.
